Instructions

Recommended doses

As a meal replacement : Dissolve 50 g of powder (equivalent to 2 level scoops) in approx. 300ml of water and drink.

As a snack or after physical activity: dissolve 25 to 50 g of powder in water, coffee, tea, almond or oat milk, smoothies, shakes.

Replacing two of the main daily meals with this meal replacement will aid in weight loss. Replacing one of the main meals of the day with this meal replacement will help maintain weight after weight loss.

However, most people also lose weight with a meal replacement since one serving is only 200 kcal.
